RE: 4680 Bayside Road - Fire Damage Clean -Up
Gentlemen:
An inspection conducted at above subject property on November 19, 1979
revealed violations of State Statute 463.251, Securing Vacant Building,
and City Ordinance 82.050(a), Public Nuisances - Building and
Structures - Fire Damage. To correct these violations as stated in
a letter dated October 2, 1979, the following items must be completed:
1) Board up doors and windows to prevent entry into structure.
2) Put barrier up to prevent entry to first floor from all
sides of structure and remove deck stairs (snow fence or
something equal). The best solution is to place fence on
foundation wall surrounding the entire first floor level
and deck.
3) Remove chimney by knocking it down.
These items were to be completed by October 9, 1979; Mr. Primus asked
for a 10 -day extention which was granted. This left the clean-up of
violations to be completed October 19, 1979.
I am now notifying you that if the violations are not corrected and
inspected within 10 days, a citation will be issued.
