Re: 4680 Bayside Road - Fire Damage
Gentlemen:
A site inspection was mare October 1, 1979 of the fire damage
done to the structure on your property. The following items
must be completed to satisfy State Statute 463.251, Securing
Vacant Buildings and 82.050(a) Public Nuisances - Buildings
and Structures - Fire Damage:
- Board up doors and windows to prevent entry into the structure.
- Put barrier (snow fence or something equal) up to prevent entry
to the first floor from all sides of structure and remove deck
stairs. The best solution is to place fence on foundation wall
surrounding the entire first floor level and deck.
- Remove chimney by knocking it down.
These items must be completed by October 9, 1979.
Also, the following items must be completed by November 1, 1979:
Total removal of all rubbish and excavation filled in - demolition
permit required ($10.50), OR
Plans on rebuilding the structure (if plans cannot be obtained
before November 1, 1979, send letter of intent to build).
