I talked with you several weeks ago concerning the
question of lut line rearrangement on the John McDowell property,
formerly the Edson Spencer property. You advised me that no
appro-al by the City of Orono was required for this rearrangement
but that you would like a drawing showing the rearrangement. I
finally obtained such a drawing which was prepared by Suburban
Engineerinq directly on the existing plat of RLS No. 748. 1 have
also enclosed a copy of the legal description for the rearranged
lot line.
The title insurance company has requested a letter
confirming that no approval by the City of Orono it required for
this rearrangement. I would appreciate it if you could send me
such a letter.
