Second dock on property & renting

Dear Mr. Petersen:
This is to confirm our telephone conversation of June 14, 1983,
wherein that a second dock was constructed without a permit and
that only one dock is allowed on the property. The old existing
dock shall remain, the other dock must be removed, Orono Zoning
Code 31.310.
Also dock slips shall not be rented out and boats stored at docks
or on the property must be registered to the owner/occupant of the
property, LMCD 3.02 Subdivision.
Corrections to the above violations must be completed within ten
days (June 26, 1983) or citations will be issued and the matter
turned over to the City Attorney,
