Dear Fred:
I erroneously notified you that we could delete the sewer
..,Usage charge. In checking• further with the Village
Engineer, I find that you can connect to the Municipal.
sewer and you are being assessed for lateral so,'conse-
quently, there has to be a usage charge the same as other
people.
The.Village Council made hookup mandatory by'December 31,,
1969, and early this,year made a usage charge mandatory
for those not hooked up.
