We have scheduled the Gladys Olson matter for a
trial on May 26, 1981. Her attorney, Mr. Cecere, has informed
me that the property is being sold and is near closing. I
had previously postponed the pretrial once, and when the matter
was not resolved by April 8, I decided that I would simply
schedule the matter for a jury trial in hopes of forcing the
attorney into action. I will let you know what develops.
