RE: Septic System - Clarification of Inspection Report
Dear Mr. Hammerel or Whom It May Cuncern:
on May 14, 1986, Field Inspector Lyle Oman inspected your septic
system and found no evidence of seepage to the surface. It
appears that there is one septic tank and some unknown amount of
drainfield.
Because there is no evidence at this time of any current or
intermittent surface discharge, the City codes do not require any
upgrading of the system at this time. The system is substandard
compared to what would be installed for a new house today.
Because we know relatively little about the system, on.'_y that it
is currently funztioning adequately, we cannot give fou a good
estimate of the rentaining life of this system.
