Dear Mr. Harren:
As you requested, I have reviewed both the address and
application files and Fast Council minutes. Application File B-
5, Christopher Winkler's subdivision application has been copied
and enclosed for your consideration.
The address files for both 3865 and 3895 Bayside Road were
reviewed. Staff found no evidence of a building permit issued
for the subject dock.
The City would have no record of private easements filed
against private properties prior to the new subdivision
regulations adopted by this City as of April 1981. The Hennepin
County Recorders office (abstract properties) or Registrar of
Title's office (torrens property) would contain the complete
record of all easements filed against the chain of title of all
properties within the County.
If you wish, I would be happy to meet with you at the City
offices to discuss the information enclosed with this letter or
any other questions you may have concerning the ordinances of the
City. I will be on vacation through October 6, 1986 and will be
available only in the morning of October 7, 1986.
