Dear Dick:
As requested, we have reviewed the proposed location of
the Stubb's Bay Marina relative to the preliminary floodwdy�
maps as prepared by Barr Eng!neering.
The proposed location of the Marina is in an a
designated as a "Sheet Flow Area", which means t if the
first floor of a building constructed in this ea is located
one to two feet above the elevation of�he�roa3, no structural
problems are anticipated from flooding. Dranage in the
sheet flow area is adequate to prevent flooding ever the
entire area.
