You and I have previously discussed this transaction
by telephone. Enclosed is a copy of the deed to the subject
property from the Kullbergs to the Village of Orono, which
deed we filed with Hennepin County Register of Deeds.
For your convenience 1 am enclosing a revised partial
release of mortgage for execution by the Small Business
Administration. You should note that the legal description
is different in this release than in the previous one sent
to you on December 29, 1970. The current release is accurate
and coincides with the description of the property in fact
conveyed by Kullbergs.
