Enclosed is a copy of the deed to the subject <br />property from the Kullbergs to the Village of Orono, which <br />deed we filed with Hennepin County Register of Deeds. <br />For your convenience 1 am enclosing a revised partial <br />release of mortgage for execution by the Small Business <br />Administration. You should note that the legal description <br />is different in this release than in the previous one sent <br />to you on December 29, 1970.
