Thank you for your cooperation when I was securing a
deed to be recorded before the end of the year from the
Rullbergs on the 31st of December.
I am enclosing a new partial release of mortgage to
be executed by the State Bank of Mound to coincide with the
property that is being conveyed from the Kullbergs to Orono.
I am also enclosing a partial release of the assign-
ment of rents covering the same property.
For your reference I have enclosed a copy of the deed
from the Kullbergs to the Village of Orono which has been
filed with the Hennepin County Register of Deeds.
Please call we if you have any questions or if there are
any difficulties with respect to securing this release.
