SIIBJECT: Bid Analysis - Village Nell
I sent out four bid forms for a S" #ell for the Village and received
two back, which I am forwarding with this memo.
To the Stevens bid, to equate it with the Renner Well at 200' with
a 1 HP pump and an 82 Rallon tank, I added, at Tem Stevens direction
the following:
Bid on 100' and 1/2 HP pump 510234.00
Ne=t 1.001 @ $6.25 625.00
Extra pump cost for 1 HP pump & A2 Gal. tank 145.00
Extra 20' 1-1/4" K copper for a 40'
offset rather than 20' 40.00
Cost of screen over Renner 520 if needed 20.00
Stevens bid 520064.00 529064.00
Renner bid 529250.00
