to purchase your property as agreed under the Option
Agreement you signed dated JUy 20, 1970.
Enclosed ars two executed copies of the Purchase
Agre ment properly signed. Please sign and return
one signed copy to us.
Also, please n.rrange for division of the property
and furnish us with a Warranty Deed and Abstract
of Title or Registered Property Abstract certified
to date.
The balance of the funds will be paid to you as
agreed in the Purchase Agreement.
