In consideration. of ;;100.00 received from the Village of
vrono, hereinafter called Buyer, the undersl=ned Owners hereby
grant to buyer for a period beginnin? on the above date and
ending midnight, jeptember 1, 1970, the exclusive richt of
purchasing the property described in the attached Purchase
A3reement at the price and according to the terms stated therein,
It belnj made a part hereof as fully as though set out in full
herein.
During the period of this option, the Buyer may drill a
test water well on the subject premises; if the option is not
exercised, Buyer may remove all rigs and equipment of any nature
from the premises, but shall not he obligated to do so.
If the Villa,e of Orono and its contractor, after diligent
effort, are unable to complete the test well by ieptember 1, 1970,
then this option agreement shall be extended until midnight,
jeptember 15, 1970.
In the event the Buyer elects to exercise this option, ;t
shall deliver to the Uwners its written acceptance, together with
two copies of said Purchase Agreement properly executed. auch
acceptance, with the named enclosures, shall be delivered to the
said Uwners personally or at 3600 )horeline Dr., dayzata, Minnesota,
by registered mail (re�urn receipt requested) by depositing same
In the United jtates mail, and such mailed acceptance shall bear
a postmark prior to the expiration date of the above option period.
Upon such acceptance, the Owners agree to execute the said Purchase
Agreement in duplicate and to deliver a signed copy to the Buyer
forthwith.
In the event the option is exercised, the x100.00 paid
