Dear Mrs. Block:
Enclosed is an application form for a conditional userpermit
to operate an art studio. You will note that the fee for this
1 permit is $30.00 as established by ordinance.
!! I have endeavored to fill in blanks you are not familiar with.
Paragraphs 14-15-16 are to establish your need for the permit.
Merely state what you wish to have and your reasons for wonting
it.
Upon return of the application, I will place you on the agenda.
Because a conditional use permit must go to the Planning Commission,
and the agenda is :Wade up and out for this month, action on this
permit will not be consunated until the 24th of September.
