• Requirement: All structures must meet a minimum 20 -foot setback from the septic drainfield
/treatment area.

• Comment: SWPPP: Double silt fence must be provided for any work indicated within 50 -feet of a
wetland.
• Comment: SWPPP - Sediment/Erosion Control: Perimeter sediment control measures should be
installed by the contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work, including demolition. The
contractor must provide a minimum 24-hour notice prior to inspection.
• Comment: Recommend protecting septic lines if heavy equipment is going of be going back and
forth across them.
