occupied by Ray E. Ahern.
3. I am aware that Ray AheXn also has a structure westerly of
his hama which he refers to as the "guest house+" .
4. I make no cla�w o� owners�ip to that guesC house nor do I
cXaim any right to use that guest house.
5, I am awAre tha� Mr. Ahern has r�modeled and refurbished that
guest house and has bui1C a deck on it.
6, I have no ob,jection Co any of tY�ase improvements including
the deck.
