This letter reflects the understanding we reached on
August 11, 1993 at the meeting in the Jundt residence on
Brackett's Point with respect to the septic system.
We agreed that the septic system serving the main house
would be brought up to prevailing city codes on or prior to the
date of occupancy of the house.
On behalf of the Jundt's, we reserve the right to
request an extension of the time period for such compliance if it
appears that municipal sewer may be made available to Brackett's
Point within a reasonable time period or that other solutions to
the system's condition may be available but not within the time
period previously agreed upon. Any such extension would be
granted by you and the City Council in its sole discretion.
