Lake Minnetonka - Orono
Purpose: Shoreline stabilization with riprap
Dear Mr.. Boer:
At its meeting on May 31, 1979, the Board ofManagers of the
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District reviewed the subject per-
mit application.
It approved the permit as requested with the following
conditions:
1. All work shall conform to the requirements
of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District,
Specifications for Riprap and Filter Blanket,
a copy of which is enclosed.
2. All work shall be done in a manner to prevent
erosion and siltation both during and after
construction in accordance with the Minnehaha
Creek Watershed District guidelines, a copy of
which is enclosed.
3. This permit is to allow riprap to be placed along
100 feet of the applicant's shoreline.
4. All work shall conform to the requirements of the
City of Orono, Lake Minnetonka Conservation
District, and the Minnesota Department of Natural
Resources.

Permits are valid for one year.
Please contact us at 473-4224 when the project is about to
commence so an inspector may view the work in progress.
