Dear Mr. Flame
I have received a complaint that septic effluent is discharging
over the premises at the above address, which according to our
records;is owned by you. This is in violation of Municipal
Ordinance No. 82.
Pumping'tanks is costly and merely temporarily relieves a
condition. Four pumpings could cost the same as the addition of
100' of added drainfield.
I respectfully ask that a permit be taken out for this purpose
within two weeks.
