1. Remodel. Bath fans - ok. Two bath fans vented together with in-line fan must be switched to run simultaneously. Supplies and returns added ok. Kitchen hood
hard piped, vented to exterior and insulated. New furnace by garage- condensate line in unconditioned space must be protected from freezing as discussed. 1
Provide plans to city hall for additional bathroom and finishing attic space. OK to continue on approved portions. Jim H.
