RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION TO CREATE THE FIRE CAPITAL FUND
WHEREAS,the city has annually transferred an amount from the General Fund to the •
Improvement Equipment Outlay Fund(IEO)for the purchase of fire capital improvements; and
WHEREAS,the transferred funds are only identifiable by a designation of fund balance on
the city's financial statements; and
WHEREAS,the city has been working towards creating separate funds for each Capital
Improvement Plan Table,and;
WHEREAS,the current balance designated for fire equipment in the IEO fund is$80,500;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Fire Capital Fund be created through
a transfer of$80,500 from the IEO fund.
ADOPTED this e2q161- day of R A ,943, by the City Council of the
City of Orono.
