fans are OK. Range hood is OK. Passive make up air with in-line fan provided. Extend cat walk in attic to scuttle hole for in-line fan servicing. 2. Provide
structural strap on top plate of lower level bearing wall. Rest is OK, correct and OK to continue. Jim H.
