1. Supplies and returns are OK for upper level and main level. Range hood vent is OK. Bath fans are OK. All joints are sealed. Contractor says all ductwork to be
spray foam insulated. Copper gas lines with air test holding at 55 psi since August 6, 2018. Provide duct air test and finish lower level HVAC, correct and OK to
continue upper level and main level. Jim H.

1. Gas line manometer is holding. Duct air test results viewed online, contractor will post in mechanical room. No power to bath fans or range hood at this time.
HRV is balanced. 1. Paint black iron fittings on gas meter. 2. Finish installing them covers and bath fan covers. Rest of work for mechanical on this permit is OK,
will check corrections at building final and will final mech. permit at that time. 3. Homeowner will provide permit and manufactures specs for garage heater/AC
unit which is not on this permit. Jim H.
