SUBJECT: Division - Long Lake Development
Nancy Curry has made application for a division of property owned
by Long Lake Development at 780 Brown Road North, legally described
as Tract G. R.L.S. 1275, Parcel 7000. They wish to construct a
communal tennis court for owners of lots in the above R.L.S. and
were advised by their attorney to divide off this small area and
divide it into small parcels for the number of lots giving each
an invested interest in the upkeep, taxes, and usage of the court.
While this does not conform to any standards of the R-lA zoning, I
think it would enhance the property and the small size of the lots
would not be conducive to any construction thereon.
