Dear Richard:
I have before me your request for a division of one acre
and a house from Parcel 2420, Plat 41331.
There can be no division of property until formal application
for same is processed at the Village level.
I an enclosing the forms for this purpose to be filled in
duplicate where checked. This is to be accompanied by a
check of $25.00 payable to the Village of Orono, and a plat
showing dimensions and acreage of the proposed division.
This will have to be approved and then re istered at the
llennepin County Auditor's Office, so it o�tains a legal
identity of its own.
