Tank inspection indicates
69 Pumpout not needed at this time.
❑ Solids accumulation in tanks indicates they should be pump-
ed out this veer to help Prevent future Problems.
❑ Solids accumulation in tanks ars at a critical level. Tanks
should be pumped out w soon as possible.
❑ System is diKhrging to surface. Tanks must be pumped
within 48 hours to eliminate surface diKharge.
❑ Inspection rivers missing—tanks could not be inspected.
Inspection riws (4" del. pip) must be installed to each tank
at neat purnpout If tanks hove not been pumped out within
the last three yawn. "my should be pumped out now.
❑ Inspection pope is located directly over tank baffle. (Does not
give accurate measuienwnt of solids accumulation.) If tanks
have not been pumped out within the last three Veers, they
should be pumped out now.
Drarnf field inspection indicates
Drains ield is dry, no Surfacing evident.
Some evidence of surfacing, not critical yet.

effluent to the Surface. This condition may require replace-
ment or additions to daonfiefd. Ctihlact the Carty Inspector
