Co., MN <br />This On -Site Sewage Treatment System is Desiynad for a Type 1, Lhrue <br />bedroom home in accordance with the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />AyenCy Chapter 7000 and local ordinances. <br />The soils on this site are SCS soils mapped - KkA - Kilkenny loam. <br />A seasonally high water tables wma located at 20" to OS". (mottled <br />soil). Due to the seasonally high Water table, a Pressurized Mound <br />System will need to be installed. The bottom of the rock bed must <br />be located at least 3' above the seasonally high water table. <br />The soils At a depth of 12" have a percolation rate averaging <br />3.1 min/inch. <br />This site has an existing failing system with surface discharge. The <br />existing tank is old & will need tv be abandoned, pumpod L filled <br />with moil.( Less than 50' from well). <br />A lift pump will be needed in the luwwA. level. <br />A bumping chamber will need to be installed to litt the effluent to the <br />treatment area. <br />The manifold and supply line pipe must have back drainage to the pumping <br />chamber. The distribution pipes shall have thwIL ends capped. Be sure <br />the rock and sand fill material are clean. The sod layer below the <br />entire mounded area must be turned over, just break up the sod, be sure <br />not to over work. A new supply line Will exit tits houae at the <br />southwest corner. <br />The power supply and switches must be located outside Lhe nialthOlet and <br />pumping chamber in a weather proof enclosure. A warleing device must <br />be instilled with a light anti sound device, this is in cane of a pump <br />failure. Mercury floats are a good method. <br />All neighboring wnllm Are located greater than 151 away from the <br />proposed treatment area. <br />CONT'D <br />
