Dear qtr. Pike:
`.fr. Walter Benhardus, owner of Parcel 5200 of Section b,
Township 117, Range 23, has requested a variance from the
Village ordinance which requires a 150' setback for horse
stables from all property lines. The variance would allow
?,fr. Benhardus to place the stable 75' rather than the
required 1S0' from the Nature Conservancy property. If
you or your organization have any concerns regarding this
request, please contact me or appear at the June 11, 1973
Council meeting at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers.
