We the undersigned neighbors are aware of ani provide fall consent
to the construction of a 36 Z 40 foot stable and hay storage building,
to oe constructed on that property beloging to Mr. Walter L. Benhardwev
located at 4360 Bayside Roade Maple Plain, Minnesota.
She the undersigned are also aware that Mr. Benhardus has filed for
variances from Ordinances # 30..040 and / 34.037. The first to allow kin
to construct the above indicated building in a suitable location on kis
property and the second to allow his to maintain his four horses on his
property*.
