Dear Mr. McAuliffe:
I must apologize for being so tardy in getting the attacked
information to you, but your request ended up at the bottom of a
"to do" pile which I am just now cleaning up.
The subdivision process to rearrange your record lots into
two more logical and useful lots is spelled out in the attached
application materials. I would suggest that you akip the sketch
plan stage and file for the lot line rearrangement per the steps
described under Preliminary Plat Application. You should discuss
with your surveyor whether the County will accept the
rearrangement as a metes and bounds division or whether it must
be platted, which is more costly.
I am also enclosing the application form for the street
vacation, which would logically be concurrent with the
subdivision request.
