I hereby make request for a legal address change of the following described property.
Status: Existing residence currently addressed as 310 Big Island, had several PID #'s tied to this
address. Owner has requested address change to 460 Big Island for four out of the five PID #'s.
Our Planning Coordinator has agreed this would be logical change.
When all is finished 310 Big Island will have one PID assigned. And 460 Big Island will have four
new PID #'s assigned bringing the total PID #'s assigned to this address to nine.

This fax is regarding the property located at 310 Big Island. I understand that the 4
lats owned by Nancy Fames are sfiill listed as part of 310 Big Island. This has
caused some confusion in the past and will likely in the future. To avvid more of such
confusion it was agr+eed to separate them and give them a different add�ess. To
date, I believe that it hasn't been accomplished.
We have been patient in this process but also disappointed that it has taken so many
months. ln this time of shortened staf�s and more work we are all having to p ut
things off. �This is understandable. However, please take the time to resolve this
' issue.
