Dear Mr . Ahern:
The City just received notice from the Lake Minnetonka
Conservation District that they have approved an appli-
cation from you to construct a permanent dock on one
of your Big Island properties, although the description
"270" does not explain which one .
This is to advise you that a building permit issued by
the City is required for construction of a permanent
dock structure . You may contact City Building Official
Thomas Jacobs at City Hall , 473-7357 to obtain the permit .
