because a 100,000 btu furnace that previously drew its combustion air from the exterior was replaced with a new furnace that is drawing its combustion air from
the mechanical room.

2. In our processs of checking past due open permits I found that you never reasponded to my initial inspection report. I have changed the status to failed. Please
contact me or reschedule the inspection with a solution or the documentation requested.
