Location: Stubbs Bay - Lake Minnetonka, 3775 Bayside Road, Orono
Purpose: Shoreline Stabilization with rip -rap
Dear Mr. Rowlette:
At its meeting on June 27, 1980, the Board of Managers of the
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District reviewed the subject permit
application.
It approved the permit as requested with the following conditions:
1) til work shall conform to the requirements of the City of Orono.
All work shall conform to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed
District Guidelines for rip -rap placement, a copy of which is enclosed.
Approval is granted under Minnehai.a Creek Watershed District Rules
F and K.
Permits are valid for one year.
Please contact us at 473-4224 when the project is about to com-
mence so an inspector may view the work in progress.
