Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to refer the SNORT -WAVE AERIAL
140' short-wave aerial structure that was 905 Tonkawa Road
constructed on the Russell Lund property at
905 Tonkawa Road to the Planning Commission.
Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
The legal department presented a status report STRE*6T VACATION
on the Lake Street vacation. No action was Lake'Street
taken.
The legal department presented a status report I.D.S. AGREEMENT
on the I.D.S. Agreement. Plans are being Super Valu Store
developed to proceed with constructing a new
Super Valu retail store with the possibility
of further development in the area as the
economic picture improves. No action was
taken.
Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to approve ORDINANCE NO. 169
Ordinance No. 169 extending the moratorium Extend Moratorium
on building permits,resoning applications,
conditional or special use permits, variances,
or other development as described in Ordinance
No. 149. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
Paurus moved, Welsh seconded, to approve RESOLUTION #560
Resolution 4560, reaffirming the Lake Minna- L.H.C.D. MARINA
tonka Conservation District's ordinance REGULATIONS
pertaining to marina regulations which include
dock controls and variance regulations.
Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve RESOLUTION #561
Resolution #561, granting division and Division s Variance
variance request of Byrne Ghostley, 3133 3133 Casco Point Road
Casco Point Road, conditioned on proper
findings that the City Council had approved
the division and variance on October 24, 1973
and that all subject conditions have been met.
