Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Welsh moved, Paurus seconded, to table the STREET VACATION / Lake Street vacation request until the Lake Street September 10, 1974 Council meeting. At that time, the legal department will submit a review of the request. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve VARIANCE the variance requested by William Dolder, 3505 Livingston Avenue 3505 Livingston Avenin, as documented and recommended by the Planning Commission August 19, 1974. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to accept from COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE PLAN the Planning Commission and to approve the transmittal of the Comprehensive Guide Plan to the fletro Council for their commentary and review. Notion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). The Council at this time wished to express APPRECIATION their deepest sincere thanks to Mr. John Planning Comission Guthrie, chairwan of the Planning Commission, and fir. Brad Van Nest, and uo all the members who dedicated and contributed so much of their time to the formulation of the Comprehensive Guide Plan.
