August 19, 1974 The Planning Commission met on the above date with the following members presents Chairman Guthrie, Curtis, Hake, Rullberg, and Van Nest. Elliott at 8:00 P.M. Pesek at 8:25 P.H. He showed a letter from the neighbor being encroached on stating he had no objection. The neighbor's residence was 40' from the line. Van Nest moved, Xullberg seconded, that since the lot size is consistent with many other lots in the area, there is a sewer and water assessment on the lot and service available to avoid any health problems, approval be recommended. rbtion, Ayes (6) - Nays (0).
