SUBJECT: Street Vacation - Lake Street - Thomas Betz
Thomas Betz, 3775 Bayside Rad., has applied for a street vacation
of the east one-half of Lake Street, on the west boundary of
Ottoville in Section S. The plat shows the west one-half of
same has been vacated in the past. The reason for Mr. Betz's
request is the area is used for an access by snowmobiles and
is very noisy.
A study of this area shows that there are many accesses in this
subdivision, in fact every 2709.
