Searles moved, Stubbs seconded, that the VARIANCE request of Thomas Betz, 3775 Bayside Road, 3775 Bayside Road for a front setback variance from 35' to 241, be approved and referral to the Planning Commission be waived. Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that ORDINANCE NO. 105 Ordinance No. 105, An Ordinance To Amend Chapter 20 Of The Municipal Code Of Orono Relating To The Adoption Of A Uniform Build- ing Code, be adopted. Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT conditional use permit for a 47'X 24' 525 Leaf Street addition onto the Church of the Open Door, 525 L of Streit, be referred to the Planninn, Commission.
