SUBJECT: Thomas Betts, building lot
As requested, I am submitting a copy of the plat survey as
submitted to me when permit was applied for. It is noted that
the surveyor, who set the stakes for the house, shows 35'
frontage and roughly 15' on tla side for which only 10' is
required. The lot scales out -o roughly 53,000 sq. ft. I had
many requests to divide this lot in two by various parties who
wished to purchase it, which I verbally discour4 ged, telling
them there wasn't a chance. The date of survey doesn't show
on copy, but is shown as 5-9-69 on the original.
If there is doubt as to the veracity of the above, the Village
Engineer would have to make verification, as I am not a surveyor.

I, the undersigned, plan to combine lots 5-6-7-8-13-15-16-
17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24, Ottoville, under one package and
parcel. This will be accomplished by August 31, 1969 at the
latest.
