Changes in approved plans are subject <br />to further review by the City. Variance approval expires one year after <br />date of approval. Permit application must be submitted no later than <br />August 13, 1991. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they <br />are available from the City Clerk after review and approval by the City <br />Council. <br />You must apply for and obtain a building permit prior to commencement <br />of construction. (The building permit application is a separate <br />application from the zoning variance or conditional use application.) <br />
