Parcel 1200, Coffee’s Addition to Shadywood,
1855 Concordia Street. First to be heard,
Steve Major, representing himself as the
prospective purchaser of the lot, cited that
the Louse he intended to place on the above
lot would increase the valuation of the
neighborhood, and that he was not interested
in maintaining a lot twice the sire of
this lot; also, that since sewer was in in
this area, he was of the opinion the size
of the lot was adequate. Next to be heard
were three adjacent property owners! Dave
Hallowell, Vince Anderson, and Paul
Bergrcn, voicing opposition to the permit
on grounds that the area primarily consisted
of larger lots, and a 14,600 square foot lot
wasn't compatible with adjacent properties.

be recommended f the permit be denied.
