Robert Arustrong, 215 North Arm Lane, legal.
Section f. Plat 41306, Parcels 7700-210-
6400, represented himself on a proposed
uddicion of his property. He showed slides
of the property, showing three different
plats he had drawn for the division of the
property. It wa« decided no action could
be taken until plats were submitted showing
the topography of the property.
DIVISION 6 CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT
215 North Arm Lane
Kicholls moved, O'Malley seconded, that the
division of 5.6 acres from the Graydon
McCulley property, 4705 Watertown Road,
Parcel 400, Section 31, to Ned Butterfield,
be approved. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0).
DIVISION
4705 Watertown Road
Nicholls moved, O'Malley seconded, that the
preliminary plat of Lewis Cox, 2225 Sixth
Avenue North, Parcel 7040, Section 27, for
40 acres, be approved with the provision
that all lots meet the requirements of the
R-IC zoning, one acre, 140' frontage,
and that any streets would meet the
minimum standards of 50'. ffotion.
Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

meeting be adjourned at 9:00 P.M,
