legal. Section 17, Plat 4020. Since nobody
came forth, he made a motion that the past
recommendation of the Planning Commission be
again recommended; namely, that the residence

Earl Holtcamp reopened an application for a
division denied him last year for his
property at 3805 North Shore Drive. Ho
explained he bought the property in good
faith, that he was told that it was a one-
acre site and dividable, only to find that
the one acre included 33' of right-of-way.
Also, that due to the long frontage, sewer
assessments vnre high for a single lot.
Russell moved, Nicholls seconded, that the
division be allowed in view of the above anJ
due to the fact that the lot was only 6,000
square feet short of the requirements for the
division, and that there were sewer services
available. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0).
Andrew Miner presented his plat for a
proposed division of his property at
3830 Baysidc Road, Lot S3, Aud. Sub. 203,
Parcel 6400. The panel was in approval of
