Special Meeting of the Planning Conunission,
May 25, 1969 9:00 A. lU
The Planning Commission net on the above date
with the following members present: Chair--
nan Russell, O'Malley, and Nicholls. Absent:
Bartig, Dongoske, and ^IcCarthy.
It was noted that all lots arc considerably
larger than the one>acrc requirements and
that all lots were good buildable lots.
ROBERT ARMSTRONG DIVISION

Russell moved, Nicholls seconded, thattho
division be approved according to the
preliminary plat, ftotion. Ayes (3) -
Nays (0).
Members studied lots 1S1-152-153>1S7-1S8-
171-172, Winship's Sub. Spring Park for
the best grouping to make suitable
building sites. It was decided lots 151-
152-153 should constitute one site; 157-
158 another site; and 171-172 a third site
taking into consideration most properties
in the vicinity were of the same size.
REARRANGEMENT OF LOTS

above rearrangement be approved. Motion,
Ayes (3) - Nays (0).
