Upon coming into Pageruess Point, this property lies on the left from Pagemess Point Road to the lake fro-n the intersection of Webb and Eagerness Print Road to the chain link fence to the south. There is a small garage only on the property. Mike Scheller Secretary VILLAGE OP ORONO Regular Meeting of the Planning ComTiission, November 17, 1969 The Planning Commission met on the above date with the followinir; members oresent: Chairman Russell, Bartig, McCarthy. Also Village Attorney Whitehead and Administrator Martin. Absent: Dongoske, Nicholls, and 0’'l«lley. 7:30 P.M. Discussion was held on Parcels 5610-5620, Section 17, 1920 Fagerness Point Road. Mrs, Ron Peterson is endeavoring to determine whether the lot con be built on. Members Russell and McCarthy had visited the lot prior to the meeting. McCarthy moved, Russell seconded, that due to the fact the lot could not meet the setback requirements nor would be of adequate size when low land was taken out, the lot could not be considered a buildablc lot. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). BHILDABILITY OF LOT 1920 Fagerness Point Road All three members had visited Lot 16, Block 14, Minnetonka Bluffs, 574 Barrett Avenue, owned by Belva Olsen, and were in unanimous opinion the lot was not a buildable lot. BUILDABILITY OF LOT 574 Barrett Avenue Members again reviewed Sigrid Johnson’s application to place an accessory building on his lot at 1790 Shadywood Road, before the principal building. Russell read the recommendation sent to the Council previously, which pointed out that the ordinance was common to many Villages and had merits. It was recommended that the use of a conditional-use permit be explored for this case. VAPIANCF: 1790 Shadywood Road Members had all visited the site of tlie pronosed addition to the Body Shop at 3220 Navarre Lane, and were unanimous in their opinion that the lot was already over crowded leaving no room for parking and the addition could obstruct traffic views at that comer. Russell moved, Bartig seconded, that the variance be disapproved. Motion, Ayes (3) Nays (0). VARIANCE 3220 Navarre Lane ,• MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 17, 1969 Page 2 Meabers were unaninous in their opinion that the Village Cottncil shoulH legislate this unless there were problems in traffic, overcrowding, or related issues. Members studied an aerial photo of Navarre and asked that the boundary line be spelled out for future study. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M, Respectfully submitted.
