Members again reviewed Sigrid Johnson’s
application to place an accessory building
on his lot at 1790 Shadywood Road, before
the principal building. Russell read
the recommendation sent to the Council
previously, which pointed out that the
ordinance was common to many Villages and
had merits. It was recommended that the
use of a conditional-use permit be explored
for this case.
