Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission,
October ZO, 1969
The Planning Commission met on the above
date with the following members present:
Chairman Russell, McCarthy, Nicholls, and
O'Malley. Dongoske arrived at 8:00 P.M.
Absent: Bartig.
Mrs. Curry represented Long Lake Development
asking for a division at 780 Brown Road
North; legally described as Tract G, RLS 1275,
Parcel 7000, for purposes of constructing
a communal tennis court.
Russell moved, Nicholls seconded, that the
division be allowed if the Village Attorney
says it can be done legally. Motion,
Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
Herman Vanderborght represented himself in
a division of three lots from his property
at 520 Turnhara Road, Section 31, Parcels
3410-3535-3560.
Nicholls moved, McCarthy seconded, the
division be allowed with the stipulation
that 33* be dedicated to the Village
on west boundary of the property, commonly
described as Turnham Road and that 25’
be dedicated along entire south boundary
of the Vanderborght property for what is
described as Chippewa Lane. Motion,
Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
Dongoske moved, Nicholls seconded^ that the
division of 12 acres off the Bennie Foss
property at 565 Old Crystal Bay Road South,
mart of Parcel 5430, Section 4, be allowed.
Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
Nicholls moved, 0*Malley seconded, that the
simple division of Bert Otten, 3105 Sixth
Avenue North, Section 28, Parcel 8045, be
allowed. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
7:30 P.M.
Members studied the application of Mrs. Ron
Peterson for a determination of buildability
on her lots at 1920 Fagerness Point Road,
Section 17, Parcels 5610-5620. Since
much of the land is swampy, it was unanimously
agreed that members should review the site
before making recommendations.

be allowed. Motion, Ayes (S) • Nays (0).

Discussion was held by aenbers of the study
of the Navarre area as reconinended by the
Village Council. Dongoske and McCarthy
were to get cost of aerial photos.
