Sptcial Meeting of the rianning Comission, - ^5August 21, 1961

The Planning Comission met on the above
date with the following members present:
Chairman Russell, McCarthy, Nicholls, and
O'Malley. Stubbs represented the Council.
Absent: Bartig amd Dongoske.
Members met at the site of the Wayside
Kennels, 3S05 Wayzata Boulevard, to review
the owner's, Norman Larson, conditional
use application for a fill permit. After
studying the property, and noting that the
railroad was on the south side. Highway HZ
on north side, and the Eisinger dump on
the east side, members unanimously agreed
that this property along with the dump
should be zoned commercial and possibly
industrial. Regarding the fill permit,
they unanimously agreed the permit should
be allowed with inorganic fill only.

The division of A* acres off the Roy
|Starkey property, 3560 Sixth Avenue North,
^Section 29, Parcel 5300, was reviewed
and members unanimously recommended the
division be allowed.
